Delete your account

You can delete your Edition Padel account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. Open the Edition Padel app and log in.
  2. Go to your Profile and choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm with your password. If you signed up with Google or Apple, type DELETE to confirm.

By email

Send a request to hello@editionpadel.id from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you registered with. We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email, phone number and profile photo.
  • Your linked Google or Apple sign-in.
  • Your push notification tokens, notifications and activity feed.
  • Your coach profile, if you have one, is deactivated.

You are signed out on every device straight away. You can sign up again later with the same email, phone number or Google/Apple account, as a new account.

What we keep

Payment records are kept because we are required to keep financial records under Indonesian tax and accounting law. Session, match and tournament results also stay so other players' scores and standings remain correct. These records are no longer linked to your identity and show as “Deleted User”.
